How did you integrate technologies (software, hardware, and online) in this project?
To film, we did not have the most expensive or best equipment. We used what was available to us. To shoot everything, we used my phone’s camera because it was the most advanced phone (iPhone XR) and it made sense for it to be on my phone since I would be the one editing.
To edit, I used iMovie for all products because it was what was available to me and I understood how to use it quickly. I had to research, however, how to make a correct story board and shot list. For the story board, I used the video below, but for the shot list, I used a template my teacher gave us.
For recording myself on the piano, I used my own phone’s recording app. From there, I would send it to my computer where I would embed it into iMovie and into the films.
Technology was a huge aid in all the process and is what really helps make all the parts of the film. Even so, I am a huge enthusiast of drawing and writing things down physically.
