Representation in Media are the ways in which the media portrays particular groups, communities, experiences, ideas, or topics from a particular ideological or value perspective. The factors that make up representation are gender, race, age, disability, location and events/issues, according to Mediaknowall’s article ‘Representation In The Media’.

My partner and I did an analysis of lighting to learn about the different types we could use for our film openings. The powerpoint below hold the information we found.

Pride and Prejudice is a film that has amazing wardrobe and music. I want to imitate in a way, the lightness or heaviness that one feels when listening the the music. The costume design is simply amazing, not that it is very similar to what I hope to accomplish in my final project.
